Refund and Exchange Policy

 Your satisfaction with Hope’s Relief products is our first priority. We want you to love our natural skin care products and enjoy your shopping experience with us.

On this page you will find details about how to return or receive a credit for damaged goods for your purchases made online through this website.

Change of mind

We value our customers at Hope’s Relief. If you change your mind, you can return most products within 30 days of your purchase, provided that:

  • You have valid proof of purchase (usually a receipt).
  • The product is in re-saleable condition.
  • The product has not been used or damaged.

Your rights as a consumer

Hope’s Relief change of mind returns policy is in addition to your consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act and similar laws. You are eligible for a refund or exchange if the product:

  • has a problem that would you from buying the item had you known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

How to return your product

Please email admin@bdynsoul.com.au within 30 days of the purchase date with your contact details and receipt. We will refund the purchase price and shipping for ‘consumer guarantee’ returns. Return postage is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.

How will I receive my refund?

Eway® purchase

If you purchased your products using a credit or debit card, and you are eligible for a refund, any applicable monies will be processed to the card used to purchase the product.

Refunds will generally take between 5 to 7 business days to settle back to the cardholder. If your refund amount has not been received after this time, it is recommended that you contact your card-issuing bank and email admin@bdynsoul.com.au so we can help you.

PayPal purchase

If you purchased a Hope’s Relief product using your PayPal account, and you are eligible for a refund, any applicable monies will be processed to your PayPal account.

PayPal credits the refund according to how the original payment was made. If you used a credit card, PayPal credits your credit card. If you used a funding source other than a credit card, your PayPal balance will receive the credit. If you used both a credit card and another source, the credit card portion goes to the credit card, and the remainder goes to your PayPal balance.

After the refund to credit cards is completed, it can take up to 30 days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider. You can check the status of your refund by logging in to your PayPal account and going to your Transaction History.
